Upside Sharing Fee definition
Upside Sharing Fee means the fee payable to Manager as described in Section 4(b) above.
Upside Sharing Fee means a fee payable to the Lenders, contingent upon a ZPR Asset Sale: (i) in the sum of E 2,000,000 if occurring during the Initial Period; (ii) in the sum of E 3,500,000 if occurring during the Extended Period; and (iii) in the sum of E 6,000,000 if occurring during the Second Extended Period;
