Upside Equity Event definition
Upside Equity Event means the event that, based on the Issuer's consolidated annual financial statements, a Relevant EBITDA exceeds the amount of EUR 100,000,000 (in words: one hundred million Euro) in the fiscal year 2016 or the fiscal year 2017 respectively.
