UPRN. Unique Property Reference Number;
UPRN means the unique property reference number (if any) recorded in respect of a premises so as to link the MPAN(s) and MPRN for that premises. User means a Party that has completed the User Entry Process (and, in respect of Services available in accordance with this Code to Users acting only in one or more User Roles, a Party that has completed the User Entry Process for that User Role).
UPRN together with a number means the Unique Property Reference Number allocated to a property in the Jersey Mapping System of the Planning and Environment Department.
