UPrice definition

UPrice. U means the price (including any applicable VAT) of a Rail Product or Non-Rail Product before the deduction of any applicable discount to which a Purchaser may be entitled, as determined in a Fares Setting Round, as specified on the relevant Product Implementation Form or, in the case of a Reservation or an Upgrade, as notified to the Operators pursuant to Clauses 4-47 or 4-49 below.

  • price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Wholesale price means the average price paid by a wholesaler to a manufacturer for a product distributed for retail sale. "Wholesale price" includes a deduction for any customary prompt payment discounts. [PL 2005, c. 401, Pt. A, §2 (NEW).]

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and

  • Retail price As set forth in Exhibit A.
