Upper End Value definition

Upper End Value means the highest valuation performed by the relevant member in the most recent 12 month period.
Upper End Value means the highest Valuation of Real Property (excluding any Low Risk Valuation) performed by the relevant member in the most recent 12 month period.
Upper End Value means the highest valuation performed by the relevant member in the 12 months prior to the date and time of inception of the member's Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.

Related to Upper End Value

  • rand value means the total estimated value of a contract in Rand, calculated at the time of bid invitation, and includes all applicable taxes;

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • SPS AER Value means the Underlying Reference Value.
