Upon motion definition

Upon motion means a motion of a party to the appeal, in accordance with Rule 6(A), and an order of the trial court or the appellate court as the case may be. It shall also include an order of the trial court or appellate court upon its own motion.
Upon motion means a motion of a party to the appeal, in accordance with Rule 5.800, or on order of the Tribal Court of Appeals.
