Uplift Fees definition

Uplift Fees means the uplift fee of 25% of the Deferred Fees, payable to each of BLCA and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ + ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with the Funding Agreement and the Legal Costs Agreements.
Uplift Fees has the meaning given in Section 6.1.6 of this Agreement.
Uplift Fees. During the Agreement Term, MPP shall monitor the Transactions per Minute and if the number of Transactions per Minute becomes close to 300 then MPP shall notify the Customer and the Parties shall agree a plan to increase capacity and to agree fees for such increase in capacity.

Examples of Uplift Fees in a sentence

  • Customer may, from time to time, change the Designated Country in which Customer seeks to install or operate a Licensed Product, provided that (i) in each case Customer shall give prior written notice to PTC of any such change, and (ii) upon transferring the Licensed Products to a different Designated Country, Customer shall pay the Uplift Fees, as well as any taxes, tariffs or duties that may be payable on such transfer.

  • Customer may, from time to time, change the Designated Server and/or the Designated Country in which Customer seeks to install or operate a Licensed Product, provided that in each case (i) Customer shall give prior written notice to PTC of any such change, and (ii) upon moving the Licensed Products to a different Designated Country, Customer shall pay the associated Uplift Fees.
