Upgrade Release definition

Upgrade Release means subsequent major releases of the Software that LogRhythm generally makes available for Software licensees at no additional license fee to Customers provided the customers are under a current Support Services Agreement with LogRhythm. The upgrade/major version is indicated by the first number in the software version name.
Upgrade Release means a release of the NRI Proprietary Software which is designated by NRI in its sole discretion as a change in the digit(s) to the right of the tenths digit(s) in version number [x.x(x)] of such software. Examples of an Upgrade Release may include bug fixes, cosmetic changes to the interface or partial support for integration with third parties.

  • Cyberbit may offer You to Purchase a Product Upgrade Release (if and when made generally available during the Support Term), in consideration for an additional fee to be determined in accordance with Cyberbit’s then applicable price list.

More Definitions of Upgrade Release

Upgrade Release means a release of a software product which is designated by Microsoft, or should have been designated by Microsoft pursuant to industry standards, as a change in the digit(s) to the left of the decimal digit(s) in the product version number [(x).xx].
Upgrade Release means Upgrades, enhancements and improvements to the features or functionality of the purchased software that are released and marketed by the contractor as upgrade releases. Upgrade releases do not include "purchase options" that are described in Note 4 and are limited to one Upgrade release per year. Software license Upgrades and maintenance releases may be installed remotely, or by an on-site support representative, at contractor’s discretion.
Upgrade Release means any version of the Licensed Software or a portion thereof for the purpose of providing one or more of the following; (i) enhancements to previously released applications or utilities, and/or (ii) support for new hardware or software architecture. The version number of an Upgrade Release is designated by the second digit of its release number (i.e. License Software 2.1 designates the first Upgrade Release to the second Version Release of the Licensed Software.) "Update Release" means any version of the Licensed Software or a portion thereof for the purpose of providing one or more of the following; (i) Error corrections, and/or support for new hardware or software architecture. The version number of an Update Release is designated by the third or greater digit of its release number (i.e. License Software 2.11 designates the first Update Release of the first Upgrade Release to the second Versions Release of the Licensed Software".)

Related to Upgrade Release

  • Software Release means any subsequent, generally available version of Software provided after initial Delivery of Software, but does not mean a new Product.

  • Maintenance Release means any update, upgrade, release or other adaptation or modification of the Software, including any updated Documentation, that Contractor may generally provide to its licensees from time to time during the Term, which may contain, among other things, error corrections, enhancements, improvements or other changes to the user interface, functionality, compatibility, capabilities, performance, efficiency or quality of the Software.

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • Major Release means a major update or upgrade to the Software, which includes significant enhancements and/or a major redesign of the Software, identified by Bosch by a change to the first digit in the release number (e.g. change from version 2.0 to 3.0).

  • New Release means a partial or complete replacement of the executable code of the Software in machine-readable form, which may provide new features or functions.   • 2 Wire Analog Voice Grade Loop or “Analog 2W” provides an effective 2-wire channel with 2-wire interfaces at each end that is suitable for the transport of analog Voice Grade (nominal 300 to 3000 Hz) signals and loop-start signaling. This Loop type is more fully described in Verizon Technical Reference (TR)-72565, as revised from time-to-time. If “Customer-Specified Signaling” is requested, the Loop will operate with one of the following signaling types that may be specified when the Loop is ordered: loop-start, ground-start, loop- reverse-battery, and no signaling. Customer specified signaling is more fully described in Verizon TR-72570, as revised from time-to- time. Verizon will not build new facilities.

  • Earned release means earned release from confinement as

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • SHIPPING RELEASE means the document issued by the inspector or the inspection agency nominated by the Purchaser authorising the Contractor to ship the Stores on satisfactory completion of inspection.

  • Current Release means the latest version of the Software offered for general commercial distribution at a given point in time, including all New Releases.

  • Upgrade means a major version upgrade of any Platform software.

  • Collective agreement year means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the first day of the renewed collective agreement. For example, the collective agreement year for a collective agreement that commences on April 1, 2014 is April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015 and each period from April 1 to March 31 for the term of the collective agreement.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.
