Upgrade Kits definition

Upgrade Kits means the parts and documentation set forth in the Manufacturer's Kit Configuration Notices K699, K691, K620 and K507 to convert three ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Model DC-9-81 aircraft to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Model DC-9-82 aircraft, as purchased by Assignor from the Manufacturer pursuant to Letter C1-L44-97-P1574C, dated February 13, 1997.

  • Commissionable Sales consists of Net Sales Proceeds to TouchTunes from the sale of products (i.e. New Jukeboxes, Tune Central, Upgrade Kits, Net Trade-in Jukeboxes, Merit Units, Refurbished Jukeboxes and Repossessed Jukeboxes) shipped during 2004.
