Upgrade/ Downgrade definition

Upgrade/ Downgrade means changing the subscribed package to either a higher or lower data allocation respectively;

Upgrade/ Downgrade. The member has the right to upgrade or downgrade their membership, after one full billing cycle or 60 days. The member must complete a change of status form. Upgrades may occur at anytime of the month. A $10.00 administrative fee and the difference in pro rated dues will apply and will be collected at the time of upgrade request. Downgrade requests must be submitted by the 20th of the month. The membership status change must remain in affect for 60 days or one billing cycle.
