Upgrade Advantage definition

Upgrade Advantage means the Select program offering, which allows an enrolling Volume Licensing Customer, for a fee, to have the ability to run the most current version of any Select Software Product which the Volume Licensing Customer has previously licensed under its Enrollment Agreement.

Upgrade Advantage is simultaneously purchased with the new license. If Microsoft offers any Product to the general public at no charge, Reseller shall offer such Product to ITC for distribution to the Agency at no charge under the same terms, provided that the Agency may have to pay for any media requirements.

Examples of Upgrade Advantage in a sentence

  • Upgrade Advantage, under Microsoft’s Master Business Agreement includes:  Master upgrade to include one master of each version of software for which upgrade advantage maintenance has been purchased.

  • If the Volume Licensing Customer elects to pre-pay any or all of its Upgrade Advantage commitment, COMPANY shall immediately report such pre-payment to MICROSOFT, MICROSOFT shall invoice COMPANY immediately following receipt of such report, and COMPANY shall be obligated to pay MICROSOFT pursuant to the terms of this Section 5.7.

  • A Registered Affiliate may order Software Assurance to a previously-licensed Product without ordering a new License for the Product if: Registered Affiliate has previously obtained perpetual Licenses through Upgrade Advantage, Software Assurance, or any similar upgrade protection and, prior to expiration of its existing upgrade protection, orders Software Assurance the Product to become effective no later than one day following the scheduled expiration of the previous upgrade protection.

  • Reseller will not be obligated to provide any remaining benefits under Upgrade Advantage directly to the Agency.

  • Avaya Cloud Subscription Content – Customer Experience Bundles Each CC Voice Agent bundle includes the RTU for the following features or applications, along with Support Advantage Preferred and Upgrade Advantage.

  • Microsoft's Upgrade Advantage for Non-Enterprise Additional Products may only be purchased by the Agency where the full term of the Upgrade Advantage period will fall within the term of this Agreement.
