Upfront Revenues definition

Upfront Revenues means, for any fiscal year, the amount of negotiated and booked advertising and held revenues for such fiscal year documented in a manner acceptable to Administrative Agent in its sole discretion (which documentation shall include at a minimum, (1) name of advertiser, (2) amount of revenue, (3) advertising agency, if applicable, and (3) buy sheets), and reported to Administrative Agent on or before 30 days after the commencement of such fiscal year.
