Upfront Membership definition

Upfront Membership means a membership that is fully paid in advance for a fixed period of 3 or 12 months. You means the person named as the member in Your Membership Details, or in case of an Applicant under the age of 18 years that Applicant’s Guardian and the Applicant (jointly and severally). Examples of Upfront Membership in a sentence

  • Start up costs can include Joining Fee, Card Fee, Upfront Membership Fee, and other types of start up costs.

  • We shall refund to you the total of the Upfront Membership fee, less an administration fee of $50.

  • In the event of a termination under this provision and where appropriate, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Gym may refund to you a proportion of fees paid under any Upfront Membership representing the unused portion of the Agreement less any applicable cancellation fees.
