Updating Service definition

Updating Service means the service to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer under clause 4.1 and clause 4.3.
Updating Service is defined in Section 4 of the Maintenance Agreement. “Upgrading Service” is defined in Section 4 of the Maintenance Agreement.
