Updating Payment Method. You may update your Payment Method at any time within your account settings. If at any time your Payment Method is unable to be charged for the Service due to insufficient funds, expired or invalid account details, or otherwise, you remain responsible for the cost of such Service charge. It is your responsibility to update and maintain the Payment Method associated with your account. In the event your Payment Method is unable to cover the Service provided to you, we reserve the right to suspend your respective account and access to the Service until the Payment Method has been updated to permit a charge on your payment method for the provided service. Related to Updating Payment Method

  • Closing Payment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(d).

  • Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Early Termination Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, these Conditions or the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Payment Date (k) means the "Early Payment Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
