Examples of Updated Development Plan in a sentence

  • Any failure to agree upon a proposed Updated Development Plan and its corresponding proposed Gathering System Plan by such date shall mean the then-currently agreed Development Plan and Gathering System Plan shall remain in force until such time as they are replaced by a mutually agreed Updated Development Plan and updated Gathering System Plan, respectively.

  • UCLB’s receipt or approval of any update to the Updated Development Plan shall not be taken to waive or qualify the Licensee’s obligations under Clause 5.1.

Related to Updated Development Plan

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
