Update Date means the date on which any Grantor provides notice to the Administrative Agent of any updates to the representations and warranties contained in Article III hereof, as permitted by Article IV hereof, which shall occur within 30 days from June 30th of each year.

Update Date means the last business day of each of February, April, June, August, October and December of each year during the Shelf Registration Period, provided that the first Update Date shall not be earlier than the 45th day following the effective date of the Shelf Registration Statement.
