Update Courses means the General Update Course and the Broker-in-Charge Update Course.

Reasonable pupil means a pupil, including, but not limited to, an exceptional needs pupil, who exercises average care, skill, and judgment in conduct for a person of his or her age, or for a person of his or her age with his or her exceptional needs.
Investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information about a natural person's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with the person's neighbors, friends, associates, acquaintances, or others who may have knowledge concerning such items of information.
Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course
training course means a course of training or instruction provided wholly or partly by or on behalf of or in pursuance of arrangements made with, or approved by or on behalf of, Skills Development Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands and Islands Enterprise, a government department or the Secretary of State.
Customer Responsibilities means the responsibilities of the Customer set out in the Contract Order Form or agreed in writing between the Parties from time to time in connection with this Contract ;
