On each Redemption Date, the Trustee, as instructed by the Administrative Agent, shall cause the Up Trust to make an Up Settlement Payment, if any such payment is due under the Settlement Contracts being settled on such Redemption Date.
Funds shall be allocated on such Distribution Date for payment of the Up Settlement Payment, the Up Income Distribution Payment, any Final Distribution and any Quarterly Distributions based upon the adjusted calculations made pursuant to this Section 5.2(d).
