Examples of Up Settlement Payment in a sentence

  • On each Redemption Date, the Trustee, as instructed by the Administrative Agent, shall cause the Up Trust to make an Up Settlement Payment, if any such payment is due under the Settlement Contracts being settled on such Redemption Date.

  • Individual Settlement Payment means the amount payable from the Net

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means $500,000,000 as amended or modified in accordance with Appendix E.

  • Early Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • CCASS Settlement Day means the term “Settlement Day” as defined in the General Rules of CCASS.
