Examples of Up-MACRO Fees in a sentence

  • To the extent that the funds on deposit in the Fee Payment Account are insufficient to pay in full all of the Up-MACRO Fees, such funds will be applied ratably for the payment of each Person listed above in (i), (ii), (iv) and (v) and the remaining amount, if any, will be paid on behalf of the Up-MACRO Holding Trust by the Depositor.

  • To the extent that the funds on deposit in the Fee Payment Account are insufficient to pay in full all of the Up-MACRO Fees, such funds will be applied ratably for the payment of each Person listed above in (i), (ii), (iv) and (v) and the remaining amount, if any, will be paid to MacroMarkets.

  • To the extent any funds remain on deposit in the Fee Payment Account after payment of all Up-MACRO Expenses and Up-MACRO Fees on any Distribution Payment Date, such funds will be delivered on such date to the Depositor.

  • The Trustee, on behalf of the Up-MACRO Holding Trust, shall pay to MacroMarkets the Up-MACRO Licensing Fee in arrears on each Distribution Date from the Up-MACRO Fees.

  • Any funds that remain on deposit in the Fee Payment Account after payment of all Up-MACRO Expenses and Up-MACRO Fees on any Distribution Payment Date shall be delivered by the Trustee to the Depositor.
