Up-gradient definition
Up-gradient means the direction, away from an object, of liquid flow on the surface of the ground or upon encountering a water table or a restrictive layer.
Up-gradient means potential development at a higher elevation than the proposed development that may be served by an extension of the gravity sewerage system.
Up-gradient means the portion of the water table that is up the hydraulic slope of the water table with respect to a specific area or point of reference.
