Unused Days: In the event the Superintendent does not use available personal days during a leave year, the Superintendent will be eligible to receive payment for such unused personal leave, subject to the condition that employment not have ended during or at the end of such leave year for reason of non-renewal or cancellation of employment contract.

Reimbursement for Unused Days Teachers may cash in unused personal leave days on May 31* of each year, have the option of rolling three (3) unused personal leave days over for use in the next school year (accumulation of roll-over days shall never exceed three (3) for use in any subsequent school year) or have the option to convert up to two (2) unused Personal Days into sick days.
Redemption of such unaccruable days is made pursuant to paragraph c (Redemption of Unused Days) below.
