Untimely definition

Untimely means not filed or served within the time permitted by the code or these rules.
Untimely shall have the following meaning: "not provided by Consultant or his designee within 48 hours of receipt of a request from Client Attorney. This provision shall be waived as to Consultant or his designee if Client is in default under the terms of any Agreement with Consultant."
