Untenable definition

Untenable means the extent to which Lessee is actually unable to use any or all of the Premises in its normal course of business.
Untenable means damage or destruction to the Premises or the Building which shall prevent the Tenant from carrying on its business in substantially the manner in which it has previously conducted such business at the Premises.
Untenable means a condition in which the Leased Premises and/or Jail are deemed unfit for the purposes of this Lease, which condition is not due to the negligence or wrongful actions of Lessee.

Examples of Untenable in a sentence

  • If any of the following conditions exist, We may give written notice to the [Member] that the person is no longer covered under this Contract: Untenable Relationship: After reasonable efforts, We and/or [Network] Providers are unable to establish and maintain a satisfactory relationship with the[Member] or the [Member] fails to abide by our rules and regulations, or the [Member] acts in a manner which is verbally or physically abusive.

  • TERMINATION FOR CAUSEIf any of the following conditions exist, We may give written notice to the [Member] that the person is no longer covered under this Contract: Untenable Relationship: After reasonable efforts, We and/or [Network] Providers are unable to establish and maintain a satisfactory relationship with the[Member] or the [Member] fails to abide by our rules and regulations, or the [Member] acts in a manner which is verbally or physically abusive.

  • Except as provided in Section 11.05, the Fixed Rent shall be abated to the extent that the Premises shall have been rendered Untenable (as such term is hereinafter defined), such abatement to be from the date of such damage or destruction to the date the Premises shall be substantially repaired or restored or rebuilt.
