Unsubstantiated/unfounded definition

Unsubstantiated/unfounded means the allegation is unfounded. "Unfounded" means the evidence supports a finding that the alleged incident did not or could not have occurred.

  • Unsubstantiated means the same as that term is defined in Section 62A-4a-101.

  • Unfounded means available information indicates that, more likely than not, child abuse or neglect did not occur. No unfounded allegation of child abuse or neglect may be disclosed to a child-placing agency, private adoption agency, or any other provider licensed under chapter 74.15 RCW. RCW 26.44.020

  • Advanced registered nurse practitioner or “ARNP” means a person who is currently licensed as a registered nurse under Iowa Code chapter 152 or chapter 152E who is licensed by the board as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

  • Encounter means a record of a medically-related service rendered by an AHCCCS-registered provider to a member enrolled with a contractor on the date of service.

  • Extreme Vetting means data mining, threat modeling, predictive risk analysis, or other similar services." Extreme Vetting does not include:

  • unaccompanied minor means a minor who arrives on the territory of the Member States unaccompanied by an adult responsible for him or her, whether by law or by the practice of the Member State concerned, and for as long as he or she is not effectively taken into the care of such an adult; it includes a minor who is left unaccompanied after he or she has entered the territory of Member States;

  • Rejection Damages Claim means any Claim on account of the rejection of an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • History means, for the purposes of an eligibility determination as defined in this rule, necessary evidence of an intellectual disability prior to 18 years of age or an other developmental disability prior to 22 years of age, including previous assessments and medical evaluations prior to the date of eligibility determination for developmental disabilities services.

  • Final Adverse Benefit Determination means an adverse benefit determination that is upheld at the completion of a health plan issuer’s internal appeals process.

  • Disputed means, with respect to any Claim or Interest, any Claim or Interest that is not yet Allowed.

  • Other health impairment means having limited strength, vitality, or alertness, including a heightened alertness to environmental stimuli, that results in limited alertness with respect to the educational environment, that:

  • Pattern means two or more acts occurring over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.

  • Undercoating means any aerosol product designed to impart a protective, non-paint layer to the undercarriage, trunk interior, and/or firewall of motor vehicles to prevent the formation of rust or to deaden sound. “Undercoating” includes, but is not limited to, rubberized, mastic, or asphaltic products.

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Disputed Claim means any Claim that is not Allowed.
