Unsold Items definition

Unsold Items. If consigned items remain unsold, it is the Consigner’s responsibility to pick up unsold items within 10-days of notification by the Auctioneer. Notification may occur by email or by telephone. If items are not picked up within 10-days, the items may be donated or sold with any proceeds belonging to the Auctioneer.
Unsold Items. Any consigned items not sold at auction can be retained by Montrose Auction, Inc. to sell at a subsequent auction or returned to the consignor at their discretion. Consignor can remove their item from consignment at any time after the end of an auction where the item was not sold but before being lotted into the subsequent auction. Abandoned Items: Any consigned items not sold, which a consignor has been notified is being returned, must be picked up, or otherwise removed within 90 days are considered abandoned by the current owner. Montrose Auction, Inc. will make every effort to deliver the item to the current owner. All abandoned items will be sold at fair market value during the next auction after the 90 days has expired. The current owner is responsible to pay Montrose Auction, Inc. all commissions due for the sale of the abandoned item. Any storage fees incurred after the 90 day courtesy holding period will be deducted from the current owner’s/seller’s proceeds. Any current owner/seller proceeds remaining, if any, will be delivered to the last address known on file. Disputes and Arbitration: Bidder/Buyer and Montrose Auction, Inc. consent to the resolution of any disputes by binding arbitration of all claim which may arise from the sale of an auctioned item. *Montrose Auction, Inc. reserves the right to deny the consignment of a firearm or related accessories to any consignor. Unsold Items. The consignor has until the end of the 60-day consignment period to pick up any unsold items. Consignor agrees that an unsold item that is not picked up may be donated in the consignor’s name, to a non-profit organization. A donation receipt is provided.

Examples of Unsold Items in a sentence

  • The Starboard shop manager shall then redeliver the Unsold Items to Consignor’s Representative.

  • Upon such redelivery, the Unsold Items shall cease to be in Starboard’s Custody.

  • In that case, the Starboard Manager shall also note on the E- Inventory the approximate date that Starboard then estimates being able to offload and redeliver the Unsold Items to Consignor, and Consignor’s Representative shall initial that estimated date to show Consignor’s agreement.

  • If Consignor’s Representative does not take possession of the Unsold Items before departing the cruise for any reason, Starboard may, as an accommodation to Consignor, agree to keep the Unsold Items, as shown on the adjusted and signed E-Inventory, in Starboard’s Custody at the request of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Representative.

  • Consignor shall be solely responsible for the expenses of Consignor’s Representative to travel to the port of embarkation to board the cruise ship and for the return or repatriation from the port of disembarkation, and any Customs duties, taxes and charges and port agent fees and any other charges imposed on the Consigned Merchandise prior to its delivery into Starboard’s Custody and on any Unsold Items after they are no longer in Starboard’s Custody.

  • If you do not respond to a request to your registered email ID to collect an Unsold Item, or do not collect an Unsold Items after 30 days, we shall deem it to be an “Uncollected Unsold Item”.

  • Signature of the adjusted E- Inventory by Consignor’s Representative shall be conclusive evidence that Consignor has received the Unsold Items thereon in the quantity and condition stated on the adjusted E-Inventory.

  • The adjusted E-Inventory shall consist of a list of the Unsold Items, and shall be signed by the Starboard Shop manager and Consignor’s Representative to show their agreement on the Unsold Items.
