Unsightly Property definition
Unsightly Property means a Property which in the opinion of the Designated Officer is detrimental to the surrounding area, including but not limited to the growth of grass to a length which is unsightly or the growth of weeds so that same become a Nuisance to adjoining properties.
Unsightly Property means any real property of part thereof upon which there is litter, derelict motor vehicles or parts thereof, or dilapidated or unsightly buildings, structures or parts thereof, or grass exceeding the length prescribed by subsection 5.2 of this bylaw.
Unsightly Property means Property described in section 3 of this Bylaw.

Unsightly Property or “Unsightly Condition” means and includes any use of, or activity upon any premises which is offensive to any person acting reasonably, or has or may be expected to be detrimental to the surrounding area or other premises in the neighbourhood or is dangerous or an imminent danger to public health or safety, or materially depreciates the value of other land or improvements on adjacent land, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may include the following:

Unsightly Property means any real property, or part thereof, upon which there is Litter, Dilapidated Building(s), Vehicle(s) or parts thereof that causes the Property or any part thereof to look unsightly;
