Unsettled Loans Account definition
Unsettled Loans Account means an interest bearing account in the name of the Issuer with the Account Bank into which the Issuer will procure the deposit on the Closing Date of the Unsettled Loans Proceeds in accordance with Condition 3(l)(x) (Unsettled Loans Account).
