Unsettled Amount definition

Unsettled Amount means, as of any date, all amounts due in respect of any Collateral Loans that the Borrower has entered into a binding commitment to originate or acquire but has not yet settled.

Unsettled Amount as of any date means the aggregate purchase price amount in respect of any Collateral Obligations that the Borrower has entered into a binding commitment to originate or acquire but has not yet settled.
