Subject to geographic limitations, AT&T shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to respond to any Unscheduled Interruption (defined below) involving AT&T facilities delivering the Service within four hours, measured in each case from the time that AT&T receives notice of an interruption and ending at the time a qualified AT&T technician arrives at the site of the reported problem.
Notice shall also be given to the other party as soon as the Unscheduled Interruption has been remedied and regular delivery of RNG can resume.
In the event that an Unscheduled Interruption occurs on either the Buyer’s or Seller’s system, notice of the Unscheduled Interruption including the cause and estimated duration of the Unscheduled Interruption shall be given to the other party as soon as practicable and not more than four (4) hours following the occurrence of the Unscheduled Interruption.
