unsatisfied judgment definition

unsatisfied judgment means a judgment or order (by whatever name called) in respect of a relevant liability which has not been satisfied in full within seven days from the date upon which the claimant became entitled to enforce it.
unsatisfied judgment has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.1.1(g).

Related to unsatisfied judgment

  • Final Judgment means the Final Judgment and Order to be entered by the Court approving the Agreement after the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Final Order and Judgment means the final judgment and order of dismissal with prejudice to be entered in the Lawsuit in connection with the approval of the Settlement after the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Alternate Judgment means a form of final judgment that may be entered by the Court herein but in a form other than the form of Judgment provided for in this Stipulation.

  • Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.
