Unsatisfactory service means If the Warehouse Partner is unable to perform operations as per the clauses specified as per APPENDIX-D5for a continuous period of 3 months or for more than 3 months within any consecutive six months, the services rendered by the Warehouse Partner shall be considered to be Unsatisfactory Service.
