Unsatisfactory Condition definition

Unsatisfactory Condition shall have the meaning given in Section 7.7(a).
Unsatisfactory Condition has the meaning provided in Section 8.01(g) hereof. “Upsize Event” has the meaning provided in Section 4.02(d) hereof.
Unsatisfactory Condition means the circumstance which exists when an operator or landowner fails to comply with a practice specified in a forest practice rule or statute listed in ORS 527.990(1) or 527.992 and the State Forester determines that all of the following conditions exist:¶

Under Emergency Conditions, the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may immediately suspend interconnection service and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner shall notify the Interconnection Customer promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the Interconnection Customer’s operation of the Small Generating Facility. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner promptly when it becomes aware of an Emergency Condition that may reasonably be expected to affect the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System or any Affected Systems. To the extent information is known, the notification shall describe the Emergency Condition, the extent of the damage or deficiency, the expected effect on the operation of each Party’s facilities and operations, its anticipated duration, and the necessary corrective action.

  • Unsatisfactory Performance means any of the following:

  • Obstetric condition means a condition that is listed under Group T4 (Obstetrics) in the Medicare Benefits Schedule.

  • Regulatory Conditions means the conditions set out in paragraphs 3.3 to 3.5 (inclusive) of Part A of Appendix I to the Announcement;

  • Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.

  • Acute condition means a disease, illness or injury that is likely to respond quickly to treatment which aims to return the person to his or her state of health immediately before suffering the disease/ illness/ injury which leads to full recovery.

  • Condition Satisfaction Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • Maximum Tender Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).

  • Mental deficiency means mental deficiency as defined by appropriate clinical authorities to such extent that a person so afflicted is incapable of managing himself and his affairs, but shall not include mental illness as defined herein.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

  • Acceptance Condition means the acceptance condition to any Offer;

  • Performance Condition means a condition related to performance which is specified by the Committee under Rule 4.1 (Terms of grant);

  • Eligibility Conditions means the eligibility conditions specified in the Act and the Rules including all the eligibility conditions listed in Clause [5] of the Tender Document.

  • Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Interconnection Facilities which, determined in accordance with Good Utility Practice, is: (i) outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or that reasonable operating limits have been exceeded; and (ii) could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection Facilities; but which, in any case, could reasonably be expected to result in an Emergency Condition. Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.

  • Business Condition of any Person shall mean the condition (financial or other), earnings, results of operations, business, properties or prospects of such Person.

  • Conditional Acceptance means a conditional acceptance by the Liquidity Provider of an extension of the Scheduled Termination Date.

  • Rating Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(c)(ii).

  • Claims Objection Deadline means the later of: (a) the date that is 180 days after the Effective Date; and (b) such other date as may be fixed by the Bankruptcy Court, after notice and hearing, upon a motion Filed before the expiration of the deadline to object to Claims or Interests.
