Unsafe Behavior definition

Unsafe Behavior means a Member’s action or activity, whether intentional, unintentional, or negligent, that causes a risk of imminent harm to the Member or others.
Unsafe Behavior means activity conducted in a manner that compromises the health and/or safety of others or potential serious damage to property.

Related to Unsafe Behavior

  • Unsafe well or pump installation means one which produces water which is bacteriologically contaminated or contaminated with substances which exceed the drinking water standards of chs. NR 140 or 809, Wisconsin Administrative Code, or for which a Health Advisory has been issued by the Department of Natural Resources.

  • Threatening behavior means any pattern of behavior or isolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person, that a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for future harm to students, school personnel, or school property.

  • Disruptive behavior means conduct that materially and substantially interferes with or obstructs the teaching or learning process in the context of a classroom or educational setting.

  • Alcohol means the intoxicating agent in beverage alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or other low molecular weight alcohols including methyl and isopropyl alcohol.

  • Abuse means theft, waste, or improper use of assets related to ADB-related activity, either committed intentionally or through reckless disregard;
