Unregulated Services definition
Unregulated Services has the meaning given to that term in clause 3 of this Agreement.
Unregulated Services means telecommunications services not regulated by the Commission.
Unregulated Services means the trustee services provided by us in relation to the provision of an exempt unit trust pension structure for a sole beneficiary, a “private” trust structure such as a PRSA, PRB or ARF. Other additional services may include advice referral, pensions structuring and technical advisory services provided by the Company; and

Unregulated Services means any local services provided otherwise than—
Unregulated Services means services that are not regulated under the Ohio Revised Code or Administrative Code or the laws or regulations of any other governmental agency.
