Unregistered entity definition
Unregistered entity means an entity subject to oversight that trades or performs an activity without being duly registered with the appropriate registry maintained by the Business Registries Agency or any other body or organisation empowered to register legal and other entities (‘primary registry’), where registration with such registry is a requirement for doing business or performance of an activity;
