Unreasonable fee definition

Unreasonable fee means a fee that is exorbitant and disproportionate to the services performed. Factors to be considered, if appropriate, in determining the reasonableness of a fee, are based on the circumstances existing at the time of the service and shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
Unreasonable fee means a fee that does not bear a reasonable relationship to the recovery of actual costs incurred by a governmental unit responding to a request for a public record.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Impact fee means a payment of money imposed under Title 11, Chapter 36a, Impact Fees Act.

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Unused Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate shall mean the percentage rate per annum based on the Leverage Ratio then in effect according to the pricing grid on Schedule 1.1(A) below the heading “Commitment Fee.”
