Unrealized Value means, as of any date of determination and with respect to any Management Securityholder, the sum of (a) the product of (i) the 20-Day Average Price, as of such date of determination, and (ii) the number of Securities that are Shares that such Management Securityholder owns and has not granted a consensual Encumbrance with respect to, as of such date of determination, and (b) the aggregate Option Value of all Securities that are Options that such Management Securityholder owns, as of such date of determination.
Unrealized Value means total project cash flows from incomplete development projects in a fund.
Unrealized Value means, with respect to each investment included in the Private Lending Representative Transactions Record, the fair value of the unrealized portion of such investment as determined by OHA as of the date noted above, which determination may be based on material assumptions. There can be no assurance that the assumptions used by OHA are correct or that the fair value determined by OHA for an unrealized portion of an investment will be ultimately realized. The actual realized returns of the unrealized portion of an investment will depend upon, among other factors, future operating results, the value of such unrealized portion and market conditions at the time of disposition of such unrealized portion, any related transaction costs and the timing and manner of sale, each of which may differ from the assumptions on which the values contained herein are based.
