Unplatted definition

Unplatted means not legally described by a plat, land division map, certified survey map or condominium plat.
Unplatted means not legally described by a plat, land di- vision map, certified survey map or condominium plat.
Unplatted means a parcel of land that has not been created through any subdivision procedure.

Examples of Unplatted in a sentence

  • At such time as any lot or condominium unit within the Unplatted Property becomes an "Eligible Lot" (as such term is defined in Exhibit "B" to this Agreement) such lot or condominium unit shall automatically constitute Lots under this Agreement.
