Unplanned Disruption definition

Unplanned Disruption means disruption or unavailability of the Software caused (i) any other extraneous factors or circumstances beyond Service Provider’s reasonable control, including any Force Majeure Event as provided in Section 11.4 of the Agreement or Internet access or related problems or downtime or delays caused by a third party; (ii) that result from any maintenance as provided for pursuant to the data hosting service provider agreement.
Unplanned Disruption means any disruption to scheduled train operations, outside of any Defined Closure Period, caused by an act or omission of the Contractor, excluding any disruption caused by an act or omission of the Principal or its employees and agents.
Unplanned Disruption means disruptions to existing systems, circuits, and equipment that occur outside of a time period planned and pre-approved by WSDOT and determined by WSDOT to be caused by the actions of the Vendor or the Vendor’s representative(s).

Examples of Unplanned Disruption in a sentence

  • If Customer detects an Unplanned Disruption or Error in the Services, Customer shall notify Service Provider.

Related to Unplanned Disruption

  • Index Disruption means in respect of an Index on any Valuation Date, the Index Sponsor fails to calculate and announce such Index.
