Sidewalk Dining definition

Sidewalk Dining means the consumption of food, beverages (including, but not limited to, alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage), or both, by patrons of a restaurant outdoors on a specific area of adjoining sidewalk set aside for that purpose.
Sidewalk Dining means a portion of an immobile food establishment, bar, or cafe located on a designated public right-of-way immediately adjacent to the associated retail food establishment or located in a-Temporary Parklet for dining or cafe use.
Sidewalk Dining means the use of public right-of-way for the consumption

Examples of Sidewalk Dining in a sentence

  • If the Applicant intends to provide dining operations on a Town-maintained sidewalk pursuant to this Encroachment Agreement, then the Applicant shall complete a Sidewalk Dining Operations Addendum.

  • If a Right-of-Way Encroachment Agreement is entered into for the purpose of providing dining operations on a Town-maintained sidewalk, then the applicant must also complete the Sidewalk Dining Operations Addendum.

  • Indemnitor has requested permission to use a public sidewalk or public way adjacent to Indemnitor’s property at , for the purpose of seasonal outdoor sidewalk dining in accordance with Indemnitor’s plans and specifications and as depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (Seasonal Outdoor Sidewalk Dining Area).

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Driveway means the improved land on a highway which provides vehicular access from the roadway to a laneway or parking area on adjacent land;
