If the Applicant intends to provide dining operations on a Town-maintained sidewalk pursuant to this Encroachment Agreement, then the Applicant shall complete a Sidewalk Dining Operations Addendum.
If a Right-of-Way Encroachment Agreement is entered into for the purpose of providing dining operations on a Town-maintained sidewalk, then the applicant must also complete the Sidewalk Dining Operations Addendum.
