UNOPS means the United Nations Office for Project Services.

  • UNOPS’ determination as to the quality of work being performed and the progress being made toward such goals shall be final and shall be binding and conclusive upon the Grantee insofar as further payments by UNOPS are concerned.

  • The Grantee shall indemnify, defend, save and hold UNOPS harmless in respect of such claims.

  • If at any time UNOPS is not satisfied with the quality of work or the progress being made toward achieving such goals, UNOPS may in its discretion (i) withhold payment of funds until in its opinion the situation has been corrected; or (ii) declare this Agreement terminated by written notice to the Grantee; and/or (iii) seek any other remedy as may be necessary.
