Unobtainable, definition
Unobtainable, as used in this standard, means that the facility has made a bonafide effort to seek parental or guardian participation in the process, even though the effort may ultimately be unsuccessful (for example, the parent may be impossible to locate or may prove unwilling or unable to participate).

If such a waiver should be Unobtainable or unenforceable, then such policies of insurance shall state expressly that such policies shall not be invalidated if, before a casualty, the insured waives the right of recovery against any party responsible for a casualty covered by the policy.
