Unlimited Usage definition

Unlimited Usage means up to 5 Terabytes (5TB) of data usage per monthly billing period. Usage in excess of this limit will be deemed to be excessive for a domestic or commercial internet connection. The connection speed may be limited in these circumstances for the remainder of the monthly billing period, however there will be continuous usage of the service.

Examples of Unlimited Usage in a sentence

  • The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Talk Unlimited Usage Information to Talk Unlimited pursuant to Section 8.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Such Talk Unlimited Usage Information will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.

  • Individuals, who have participated in the Unlimited Usage option during any part of the previous term, must commit to joining the “Private Cart Program”, as well as selecting the respective plan, on or before January 1st, and are not eligible to join the Unlimited Usage option after January 1st and receive a prorated annual fee.

  • Only Members who have not participated in the “Private Cart Program” in the previous year are eligible for a prorated Unlimited Usage fee, depending on when the Full-Member elected to join the Unlimited Usage option.

  • The minimum Fee for the each of the following type(s) of plans for the AOL Service is as follows: SERVICE TYPE FEE/QUALIFIED NEW MEMBER Unlimited Usage AOL Service US $15 AOL may choose to offer you a higher Fee for a particular period of time or for particular types of AOL Service.

  • The Member- Licensee may therefore not change from a Standard Usage to an Unlimited Usage or vice versa within the term.

  • Limitations: To qualify for an Unlimited Usage Rate Plan, the Service address ------------ of the End User using the service must be in an AT&T Market.

  • Unlimited Usage – Each call path includes an acceptable use policy of 2,000 minutes of long distance.

  • Basic HIMIPREF™ License & Access Fee (Per Month – Single Seat – Unlimited Usage): Total $ Fees invoiced and payable quarterly.
