Unlicenced definition

Unlicenced means the lack of a currently validated permit for the vehicle affixed to a number plate displayed on a motor vehicle within the meaning of the Highway Traffic Act, as amended.
Unlicenced means not registered and/or licensed by a State agency, with the proper authority to issue a registration for a type of vehicle or vessel including and up to a valid registration and plate(s) or proper valid registration and sticker(s).
