Universal Registration Document definition

Universal Registration Document means the universal registration document (Document d'enregistrement universel) of the Issuer which it publishes on its website on an annual basis in relation to its latest audited annual consolidated financial statements.
Universal Registration Document means this Universal Registration Document filed with the French financial markets authority (AMF);
Universal Registration Document means the universal registration document approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) on 29 April 2022 under visa number R. 22-017.
