  • Executive shall also return any keys, equipment, identification or credit cards, or other property belonging to Univar or its Affiliates upon termination or request.

  • Univar shall reimburse Executive in accordance with Univar’s policies and procedures for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred in Executive’s performance of Executive’s duties against appropriate receipts and vouchers indicating the specific business purpose for each such expenditure.
