Units Transfer definition
Units Transfer. System shall conform with Section 1.7704-1 et seq. of the Treasury Regulations as adopted or amended by the Internal Revenue Service from time to time, and it is the intent of this Agreement that: (i) the tax status of this Company be the same as for a partnership, (ii) this Company preserve its partnership tax status by complying with Section 1.7704- 1, et seq., and any amendments thereto, and (iii) to the extent possible, this Agreement shall be read and interpreted to prohibit the free transferability of Units; (
