UNITEL has the right to monitor the state of the regime of protection of the transferred Confidential Information established by the Receiving Party. Under this Agreement, the disclosure of Confidential Information means any action or omission of the Company, as a result of which Confidential Information in any possible form (oral, written, electronic, other form, including the use of technical means) becomes known to third parties without the consent of "UNITEL". Under this Agreement, third parties do not include: members of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Executive bodies, as well as employees of the Company, who for the performance of their duties receive Confidential Information within their official competence (hereinafter "Representatives"). In the case of disclosure by the Representatives of the Company Confidential Information to third parties, responsibility for their actions is the responsibility of the Company. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company undertakes to immediately notify UNITEL of the admitted Company, its Representatives, or the Company became known fact of disclosure or threat of disclosure, illegal receipt or illegal use of Confidential Information. 3.
