Unitary Product definition

Unitary Product means a Product for use in the prevention of meningococcal serogroup B infections (whether or not such Product confers protection against any other meningococcal serogroup infection) in which Programme Antigens and Additional Antigens are the only Antigens. For the avoidance of doubt, a Product that is not a Combination Product is a Unitary Product.

Examples of Unitary Product in a sentence

  • No later than six (6) months prior to the anticipated date of submission to any Regulatory Authority in any Major Market Country of the first application for a Marketing Authorisation for any Product (whether a Unitary Product or a Combination Product), sanofi pasteur shall prepare and provide to Emergent a Commercialisation Plan for such Product.

  • Ionis shall be responsible, at its sole discretion and cost and expense using counsel of its own choice, for the filing, prosecution, registration and maintenance (including the defense of opposition proceedings and any equivalent proceedings and including any legal actions to prevent or exclude Third Party Trademark registrations that are confusingly similar to the Unitary Product Trademark) of the Unitary Product Trademark in the Territory throughout the Term.
